As we put the final touches on a plan to re-open Murphy’s to outdoor dining, here’s an outline to date:
For the last several months, Murphy’s has made the health and well-being of our customers, employees, vendors, and community members our top priority. In accordance with recently issued guidelines in New Hampshire, Murphy’s is implementing a number of new protocols that will allow us to gradually and safely open while managing associated risks. We begin with out-door dining beginning Tuesday May 26, 2020 at 11 am. Reservations can be made by calling 603.643.4075, or book a table on Open Table via our website: www.murphysonthegreen.com. Our goal is to open for indoor dining as designated by Governor of New Hampshire.
High-level overviews of the measures we’re implementing include, but not limited to, the following:
• Hand Sanitizer will be located at restaurant entrance and at the restroom level. Customers will be encouraged to sanitize their hands before and after dining, and when making trip to the restroom.
• Face Masks are preferred (when not seated at table). If a customer does not have a face mask, Murphy’s will provide one to them.
• Reservations will help us to closely monitor the 6 ft. social distancing with table set up and number of persons seated. We will take a telephone number for contact if a “wait” should be established.
• Use of disposable menus/plates/eating utensils
• Eliminating table presets
• Sanitize all tabletop items, including condiments
• Use of handheld devices for payment purposes
In addition to our routine daily cleaning of entire dining area, all front entrance areas and server stations (including door handles, screens, phones, pens, keyboard, and other areas of hand contact), bar area and restrooms will be disinfected every two hours; while table tops and chairs will be sanitized after each use.
