Murphy’s, established in 1992, had its roots as a simple pub. Over the years it has transformed its look and gastronomic excellence to our present day polished casual appeal.
Our Executive Chef Stephen Dow is truly local (born and raised). Since late 2008 he and his team have uplifted our culinary program and have incorporated a very strong bond with the Upper Valley’s many fine farms and purveyors. Chef Dow simply knows how to create balanced menus with pleasing taste satisfaction and firmly believes that by adopting a locavore mindset our customers will enjoy the many benefits and results.
